Thanks so much for the fabulous job you did with our business video.

Recently we were a finalist in a National business award. Many of the other finalists also had videos on their site leading us to believe that having the video gave us an edge over those entrants that didn’t make it into the finals.

We have noticed a marked decrease in FAQs via email which has is saving us valuable admin time and giving the customer a better experience with our products.

Initially we had intended to put a copy in with each pack sold but we quickly found the customers were happy to view the video, sometimes repeatedly, on our site. It has had the added bonus of giving our customers a face and personality behind the brand. Emails sent directly to me have a friendly and more familiar tone than before.

We found you very accommodating and your direction was greatly appreciated. We were unaware at how significantly better a professionally shot video was over a home shot video, and we were very pleasantly surprised by how cost effective it was.

Overall it has made a significant improvement to our business and we would recommend your service, without hesitation, to other businesses.
